I have trained hundreds of clients, each with their own limitations and abilities and trust me when say this, everybody is capable of doing it. Young or old, experienced or beginner, injured or not, I have experience with all of them. The exercise prescribed to you are selected to fulfill YOUR specific needs, goals, and limitations. Muscle growth, work capacity, flexibility, endurance and conditioning, fat loss and posture correction, all each have there own methodology so it only makes sense if our training matches it.

With bi-monthly weigh ins, Body fat assessments, and circumference measurements, we will make sure we get you right on track. Each repetition, exercise, weight recorded and evaluated. And most importantly how you feel with yourself and your progress will be key to our success. Lets plan for your success.
