Get Your Saxophone on with Private Lessons this Summer

Are you or your child ready to learn to play the saxophone? Or clarinet? Or flute? Or, already play and want to get better?

Get a first free lesson. Learn more at, then email or call/text 619-850-3283. I offer one-on-one private instruction for saxophone, clarinet, and flute for all ages and experience levels.

All lessons are priced with respect to individual and family budgets. I’m very experienced with preschoolers, middle schoolers, pre-college high school music students auditioning for their school of choice, and nervous adult beginners.

From beginner to intermediate to advanced, I will give you or your child tools that anyone can use right now to improve faster and have fun playing music. We’ll work on tone, intonation, tempo, and tunes. For more advanced students, music theory, improvising studies, and rhythm, from jazz to rhythm and blues.

My in-home music studio is centrally located in La Mesa between the 8 and 94 freeways. 10 minutes from SDSU, 12 minutes from Grossmont, 19 minutes from El Cajon. I’m not an old-school taskmaster. My studio is a competition-free environment where students have gentle fun.

Parents are encouraged to sit in during lessons. I also offer special coaching sessions for parents who are having difficulty getting their kids to practice. Afternoon and evening hours, and we are open on weekends. Learn more about me and my woodwind coaching methods at Your first free lesson awaits. Call/text now! 619-850-3283
